Petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No.73 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 511 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence while informant had gone to purchase vegetables after leaving his motorcycle, this petitioner attempted to flee away with motorcycle but he was caught and handed over to the police.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated only on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32817 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.73 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
