Petitioners are in custody in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020 for the offence under sections 342, 379, 504, 506, 377, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 10, 12, 14, 15 of Posco Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against these petitioners is that they were involved in removing clothe of the victim and the companion of the petitioners tried to sexually exploit the victim and petitioners were involved in making video of victim for ransom. The petitioners are in custody since 8.5.2020.

No.34864 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna, in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020 subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 10000/- case each in the court below and the amount of Rs. 10000/- case each deposited by the petitioners shall abide by final outcome of the pending criminal case.
