BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 07-02-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "For direction from this Hon'ble Court to the respondent No.02 in particular for further proceeding into the matter related to Stopping of Two Increment & Non Payment of His Salary For The Period of Suspension i.e. the prime of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is to conclude the departmental proceedings pursuant to second show cause notice dated 15.02.2019. If the petitioner has filed reply to the second show cause notice the disciplinary authority is hereby directed to take note of his reply to the second show cause notice and proceed to pass final order in the disciplinary proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
