2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 447, 448, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, variously armed,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39371 of 2024(3) dt.06-08-2024 2/3 came to house of informant and assaulted her and other family members. It is further alleged that they also took away cash worth Rs. 20,000/- from the house.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the present case is counter-blast of Goraul P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 in which family members of informant brutally assaulted the petitioner and others. Moreover, the injuries allegedly sustained by the injured have been opined to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that Petitioner Nos. 2 to 6 have got no criminal antecedents and Petitioner No. 1 has got two criminal antecedents, in which he is already on bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with
