JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In this case the petitioner seeks regular bail in Kutumba P.S.Case No.12/16 for the offence under Section 414/34 of the I.P.C.

In this case the police intercepted the petitioner from whose possession a stolen motorcycle had been recovered and on being asked he told that he had purchased from a co-accused, namely, Annu Ansari who has already been granted regular bail vide order dated 4.3.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.10392/16 Counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is better than that of co-accused, Annu Ansari. Hence, the petitioner should be granted bail

The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months.
