JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2018 This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondent-State of Bihar to change the name of upgraded Middle School, Pararee and in place of its existing name, viz, Sri Balgovind Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Pararee be replaced by Balgovind Singh & Musafir Singh, Sanskrit Vidyalay. The relief is being sought on the basis of an agreement executed on 25.02.1938, at the time of donation of land in favour of the District Board, Patna for construction of the School Building at Pararee.

The relief which is being sought in the present present

Patna High Court CWJC No.1131 of 2018(4) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot be granted.

The petition has been filed nearly 80 years after execution of the said deed. This is an additional reason why I am not inclined to entertain this application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
