The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that petitioner and one Md. Meraj persuaded him to purchase a land and he consented to purchase the same for which the the informant paid Rs. 15,00,000/- for execution of the sale deed. One Bambam Kumar was the witness to the sale deed. It is further alleged that when he went to

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner has no concern with the sale or purchase of the land in question. The petitioner is neither witness or introducor of the sale deed nor he is involved in any way for the execution of the sale deed. Moreover, it is a case of civil in nature for which, criminal proceeding has been initiated against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class,
