2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sandesh P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 registered under Sections 117(2), 303, (2), 126(2), 115(2), 127(2), 74, 329(4), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Sections-8 & 12 of POCSO Act.

3. Allegedly, on the tip off, the informant along with police personnel raided the petitioner entered into house of the informant and having abused her, started assaulting her as a result of which, her teeth broke down. It is also alleged that the petitioner used to teach the informant's minor daughter while she used to went coaching centre.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no injury report of informant's mother or brother on record in support of the allegation, made in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that from perusal of F.I.R. as well as statement of independent witnesses, it is evident that no case under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 127(2), 74, 329(4), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Sections-8 & 12 of POCSO Act is made out.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

7. It is made clear that if in near future, the petitioner is found involved in the cases of similar nature, his
