The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.
The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S. case No. 92/2020 registered u/s 25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended one Randhir Kumar and Vikash Kumar, the petitioner, while they were travelling on a motor cycle and from the possession of both the accused one country made pistol with a live cartridge was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Randhir Kumar has already been granted bail by the learned court below. The petitioner was having a criminal case against him and that is why the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2020. The

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for about nine months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. case No.92/2020.
