The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur Police Station Case No.06 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that there is specific allegation against the co-accused, Rajendra Yadav, to cause injury to the deceased Ramashray Yadav, the father of the informant. The only allegation against the petitioner and two others, namely, Manoj Yadav and Ramashish Yadav, is to cause injury with lathi and rod to the informant and the injury caused to the informant is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20708 of 2015 (3) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Gopalpur Police Station Case No.06 of 2015.
