JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner was secretary of the concerned school at the relevant time and the amount was withdrawn by teacher of the concerned school though cheque was issued with the joint signature of the petitioner and teacher of the said school.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the in-charge, Headmaster of the concerned school has already been admitted to anticipatory bail provisionally, by a coordinate bench of this court to show that the account has already been reconciled.
Considering the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20534 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 239 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
