JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses expressed their suspicion against the petitioner and others on the ground that prior to the alleged occurrence, a quarrel had taken place between the petitioner and the deceased and in that quarrel, petitioner had given threatening to the deceased. Moreover, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and except the above stated circumstance, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and taking note of the aforesaid fact, a co-ordinate bench of this Court has already granted privilege of bail to co-accused Rudal Yadav.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13799 of 2016 (2) dt.04-04-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No. 169 of 2015.
