JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in last but one paragraph of order dated 24.7.2019 learned Special Judge was directed to conclude the trial within the period of six months but it has inadvertently been mentioned 'within the time as stipulated'.

In such view of the matter, in the last but one paragraph of order dated 24.7.2019 it should correctly be read as 'within the period of six months'. It is also made clear that learned Special Judge shall at least
