Petitioner is accused in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws by administering poison. Submission is that petitioner, who happens to be father-in-law of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Further submission is that in fact, due to dispute in between husband (petitioner) and wife, deceased consumed poison and died but due to ulterior motive, the petitioner and his family members have falsely been made accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13651 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 in this case. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015.
