2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126 (2), 115 (2), 74, 118 (1), 117 (2), 303 (2), 352, 351 (2) and 3 (5) of the B.N.S.
3. The first information report discloses that a general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against all the accused persons that they came and assaulted the informant's daughter and when the son of the informant rushed in her rescue, he was also assaulted. There is specific allegation against co-accused, Shubhash Chauhan of assaulting the informant by means of knife.
4. It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioners that it would be apparent from the first information report that

Further, there is a counter case by one Guddi Kumari, who is the wife of one of the co-accused persons, against the informant, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2. It is also apparent that there is inter se land dispute and the specific allegation of assault is against co-accused, Shubhash Chauhan.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioners, there is land dispute between the parties as also there is counter version of the present case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.80 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
