JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be main assailant and seven prosecution witnesses including the informant have already been examined, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1151 of 2012 arising out of Bhargama P.S. Case No. 43 of 2011 pending in the court of Ad hoc, Additional Sessions JudgeIV, Araria is again rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20578 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
