So, he makes a prayer to allow him to withdraw this bail petition with a liberty to take appropriate steps in the aforesaid matter. In such view of the matter, this bail petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner that he may take appropriate step in the aforesaid case in which he has been granted provisional bail Accordingly, this bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
