1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons entered into the house of the informant and attacked and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant. It is further alleged that the accused persons also assaulted the other family members of the informant who came to save her.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner and the husband of the informant are neighbour and the husband of the informant deals in illicit liquor and resides near the house of the petitioner. Petitioner and his family often used to

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM I, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 304 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
