2. Petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.

5. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 03.04.2023.

6. Learned counsel for the State oppoes the bail petition.

No.35170 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 7.Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. case No 472 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
