The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in jail custody since 12.02.2016. From a perusal of the first information report, it would appear that the name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of Kunal Kumar @ Kulkul. Except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some CDR details, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent and uptill now has not been put on T.I. parade. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16349 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kishore, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016.
