The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 292, 384, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E), 67(A) of the Information of Technology Act.

In pursuance to the order dated 13.07.2022, status report of trial in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 has been received and kept at Flag-A, in which it is reported that this case will likely to be concluded within 12 months.

Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 pending before the court of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj.

However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after 12 months if the trial is not concluded within the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34969 of 2022(4) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 stipulated period.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
