JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have opened fire but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexures 2 and 3 of the petition and submits that no firearm injury was found on the person of the injured of this case and moreover, one coaccused, Md. Sikandar, against whom, there is allegation of causing firearm injury, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
