Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present case has been registered against eight accused persons said to have caused injury to the injured, who has sustained only one injury and the nature of injury is not supplied by the treating doctor.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S.
