This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Narhat P.S. Case No. 307 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 342 and 376D/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 66/67(C) o the I.T. Act. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is accordingly rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32219 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
