Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since long on the accusation that one country made loaded katta and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of petitioner no.1 and three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of petitioner no.2. Considering the period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody as well as nature of the allegation levelled against them, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Priyadarshi, Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran/concerned court in Darpa P.S. Case no. 120/2014.
