Informant, Arvind kumar @ Munna Jee while was going to his Sasural along with his son Anupam Anand on a motorcycle, they were intercepted by the motorcycle borne criminals, out of whom, Bilash Mahto (petitioner) and Umesh Yadav caught hold Anupam Anand and took to Chandrahas Chaupal, who was standing ten yards away there from. Furthermore, on an order of Chandrahas, Umesh and Bilash caught hold his son and Meghnad Chaupal shot at causing injury thereupon. Then thereafter, all the accused persons escaped there from. Injured was lifted to hospital where he was declared dead. Petitioner is not the assailant and is under custody since 24.07.2014.

Accordingly, petitioner, Bilash Mahto is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21926 of 2015 (02) dt.08-07-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-II, Madhepura in connection with Sessions Trial No.163 of 2014 arising out of Shankarpur P.
