The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting, outraging the modesty, abusing and criminal intimidation to the informant by the petitioner and co-accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been

It is submitted that the main allegation of assaulting is against co-accused Mithlesh Yadav and the allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus. Doctor opined the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature which is caused by hard and blunt substance. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura Mahila P.S.
