The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.Tr. No. 36 of 2013/16 of 2014 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 48 of 2012 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Perused the report.

It has been reported all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. of the accused has been recorded and case has been fixed for defence witness on 09.05.2016.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial court is directed to dispose of the case at the earliest.
