This application has been filed for quashing the FIR bearing Pakaribarawa P.S. Case No. 09 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the sister of the informant and no case is made out against her.

The petitioner is not the signatory of the cheque and she has only been implicated in this case only because she is

In these circumstances, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing Pakaribarawa P.S. Case No. 09 of 2018 is hereby quashed with regard to the petitioner only.
