2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 365, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the specific allegation of killing the deceased is on the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner for killing the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
