JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399 & 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Petitioner was neither caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that except the statement of apprehended co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
