2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 470 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 352, 380, 452, 385, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons badly assaulted the informant. Co-accused Jitendra Rai inflicted garasa blow on his head.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent. There is no specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39205 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 allegation against the petitioners to assault the informant or his family members. There is case and counter case between the parties. He has submitted further that both the parties have compromised the case and they are residing in cordial atmosphere.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, District- Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 470 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
