2. This writ application has been filed for the issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for the proper investigation in light of the CCTV footage in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2025.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 17.06.2025, the SHO of Naubatpur Police Station and the Investigating Officer of the case have appeared. The S.H.O. of the Naubatpur Police Station has assured this Court that he will act in accordance with law

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.993 of 2025(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 and he will proceed further after examining the CCTV footage.
