Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim very specifically stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she was in love with petitioner since last five years and she left her home by her own sweet will and after that she went to Ambala along with petitioner. The victim disclosed her age as 18 years though the learned Magistrate, who recorded her statement, found her below the age of 18 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
