Petitioner is in custody in connection with Protest Complaint Case No. 1673 of 2016 arising out of Compl. 412 of 2015 for the offence under sections 420, 463, 464, 468, 387, 506, 504, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The police after investigation has submitted final form in favour of the petitioner and deferring with the final form submitted by the police, the Magistrate has taken cognizance by converting the protest petition as complaint case no. 1673 of 2016.

No.36907 of 2019(3) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that police after verification has submitted final form, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Protest Complaint No. 1673 of 2016, arising out of Com. 412 of 2015, Habibpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015.
