2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 278C of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

3. In compliance of the order dated 27-08-2025, the petitioner (husband) and the opposite party No. 2 (wife) appear in Chamber with their respective counsels.

4. The husband and the wife both are engaged in CISF

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37190 of 2024(5) dt.13-10-2025 2/3 as constables. The matter appears to be irretrievable.

5. The wife (Opposite party No. 2) submits that out of her wedlock with her husband (petitioner), a female baby was born who is at present four years old. The petitioner is equally liable for her (daughter) maintenance. The petitioner (husband) submits that he has taken a personal loan bearing Loan Account No. 20396231459 against which, he has to pay Rs. 22000/- lumpsum as EMI whereas his gross salary is Rs. 45,000/-

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 278C of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)482(2) of BNSS, 2023 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. The petitioner has to deposit Rs. 5,000/- per month in Sukanya Samridhi Yojana bearing A/C No. 41496522834 of SBI Bari Bazar, Bekapur, Munger IFSC Code No. SBIN0001230 which has been opened by O.P. No. 2 for her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37190 of 2024(5) dt.13-10-2025 3/3 baby and either after closure of the personal loan or after four years whichever is earlier, he will have to deposit Rs. 10,000/- per month in Sukanya Samridhi Yojana.

8. This order shall be subject to the maintenance granted to the child by any other court of competent jurisdiction.

9. The bail bond may be cancelled by the court below if the petitioner flouts the order.
