Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467 and other allied sections of the Penal Code.

It is alleged that the on the submission of forged and fabricated academic certificates the petitioner obtained the job of a Panchayat teacher in 2005 in Laudh block of Supaul District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. She is working as a Panchayt teacher in the aforesaid block regularly since 2005. Other teachers, namely, Arti singh, Pratibha Kumari, Nirmla Kumari and Bibha Kumari, having similar accusation of getting job on the strength of forged and fabricated academic

No.34840 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 certificates, have already been allowed privilege of anticipatory bail by different benches of this Court vide order 6.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 13438/2019, order dated 14.3.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 15861/2019, order dated 15.3.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 16444/2019 and order dated 9.4.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 22479/2019.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul Police Station Case No. 633 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
