The petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was arrested in another case and made his confessional statement and after that the petitioner is said to have remanded in several other cases including the present case. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and except confessional statement there is nothing against him. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
