Patna High Court MJC No.2343 of 2017(5) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating a contempt proceeding against the respondents/opposite parties for their wilful violation and disobedience of the order dated 23.02.2017 passed in CWJC No.11098 of 2016.

At the outset, Mr. Siyaram Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during pendency of this application the aforesaid order dated 23.02.2017 passed by this Court in CWJC No.11098 of 2016 has fully been complied with. In view of the submissions made above, no case for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties is made out.

The application is dismissed.
