A dead body of unknown lady was recovered and the said body was identified in course of investigation which is evident from para 18 of the case diary and after that statements of mother of deceased as well as some others were recorded and the aforesaid witnesses stated that deceased was married with one Md. Yasin Nadaf but later on, she developed sweet relation with the petitioner who sold her to one Bajrangi Rai who took the deceased to Delhi and later on, solemnized his marriage with deceased. The above stated witnesses expressed their suspicion against involvement of the petitioner as well as the above stated Bajrangi Rai and others in murder of deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
