The petitioner was arrested in some other case and made his confessional statement and after that he was remanded not only in the present case but several other cases also on the basis of his confession. Moreover, no stolen article was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, which is evident from perusal of impugned order itself.
Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. case No.562 of 2015.
