The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Nagar P.S. Case No. 390 of 2018 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 471 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 66033 of 2018 on 19.12.2018. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63757 of 2018(5) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Buxar Nagar P.S.
