2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Rajoun (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c)/22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act lodged on 25.02.2023 by the informant, Deepak Paswan.

3. As per the prosecution story, the police intercepted a motorcycle and recovered/seized 30 Kg 600 Gram Ganja which followed the arrest FIR.

4. In this case the earlier Court had called for the FSL report 12.07.2023 which has been received.

5. As per the report dated 27.05.2023, the substance recovered has been found to be Ganja. In that background no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35392 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected.
