====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No.07 of 2024 instituted under Sections 498 (A), 379, 323, 506, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioners, as per the prosecution case, is of committing torture to the informant for fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner no.1 is sister-in-law and petitioner no.3 is brother-in-law of the informant who are student and living in Darbhanga for preparation of competitive exam. Petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.4 is father-in-law of the informant who have no concern with the affairs of informant and her husband. He further submits that the present F.I.R. is a counter blast of Complaint Case No.85 of 2022 and Complaint Case No.894 of 2023 which were filed by the husband of the informant. He further submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with
