2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

to direct all the respondents in general and to the respondent No.03 in particular (D.L.A.O., Supaul) to pay the compensatory amounts for the LANDS of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11019 of 2025(2) dt.15-07-2025 2/3 theirs ACQUIRED for the constructions of the NH 327 AD from Saraigarh to Ganpatganj (NH 131). Due to non-payments of the compensatory amounts against their raiyati lands, the petitioners have got aggrieved and preferred the present application for abovementioned reliefs vide their representations and also legal notice to the respondents as annexures in series.

3. The petitioners have simple grievance, the respondents have decided to take away their Raiyati lands for the construction of NH- 327 AD between Saraigarh to Ganpatganj. The grievance is that their Plot No. 937 falls within Mauza- Murli Thana No. 55, Tauzi No. 535 stands acquired but payments have not been made.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if a proper representation is made by the petitioners before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Supaul (respondent no. 3), it shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Supaul in next four weeks along with all the supporting documents. In case, the said petition is/are preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion maximum by 31.12.2025.
