The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 372, 373, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-3, 4, 5 & 6 of Immoral Traffic Act.

Prosecution case in brief is that the informant, in anger, ran away from the house. In the way, one woman met with her and she took her to Mansi station. It is alleged that she was kept in a house and ultimately, she fled away from that place. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32694 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 implicated in the present case. The victim has been examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which, she has not named the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019.
