The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named 19 persons and alleged that Md. Samid fired which hit Md. Atabul, father of the informant, Md. Sadique injured Md. Naso, Md. Murtaza and Md. Samid fired which hit Sadre Alam and Md. Murtaza also fired at Md. Tahir. Md. Sadre Alam died during the course of treatment. It appears that there is no specific allegation of assault against Md. Sultan, Md. Furkan, Md. Kalim alias Kalim Mian and Md. Rasul, the four petitioners. Similarly situated co-

Nazir Mian, Satto Yadav and others have already been granted regular bail by different Benches of this Court. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
