JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. The victim stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that it was co-accused, Muskan, who happened to be sister of co-accused, Md. Chand, took her to her home where intoxicated tea was given to her as a result whereof, she became unconscious and thereafter, she was confined in the house of Md. Chand from where she was recovered by the police on 25.12.2015. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was also present in the house of co-accused, Md. Chand.
