The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of J.M.Ist Class, Patna.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by setting on fire.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33353 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
