====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 Heard Mr. Prafull Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has moved the Court seeking recall of order dated 25.10.2018 by which CWJC No. 1667 of 2015 was dismissed for non prosecution.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the said day inadvertently, the list could not be marked and thus he could not appear leading to dismissal of the writ petition.

4. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the averments made in the writ petition, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner on 25.10.2018 when CWJC No. 1667 of 2015 was dismissed.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 25.10.2018 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.1919 of 2019(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 CWJC No. 1667 of 2015 stands recalled and the said case stands restored to its original file and number.

6. The application stands disposed of.
